We have tried to answer the most common questions.
How is sales tax determined?
Sales tax is determined according to the shipping address. If your billing address is in Québec but your shipping address is in Ontario, Ontario sales tax will be charged
What are the accepted payment methods?
You may pay for your order using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal Payments.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. Feel it Send it offers international shipping with Canada Post to several international countries. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.
How can I keep track of my order?
The shipment confirmation e-mail you receive contains all the necessary information. (You will also receive an automated e-mail from the shipment company with your tracking number once your package is picked up and
scanned.)
Shipping Policies
SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for orders over CAD$150.
We ship via our designated courier.
We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area. In most cases your order should arrive in 5 – 10 business days.
All prices on our site are listed in Canadian dollars, and charged in Canadian dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING TIMES
Once you’ve completed your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to have all orders processed within 2 business days. Timing may vary.
Orders will be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
The time frames above are estimates only, and Feel it Send it makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your Feel it Send it purchase.
If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase, we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange your purchase. Just contact us by email at hello@feelitsendit.com with your order number or receipt and
confirm whether you'd like a refund or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

TERMS
You can exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving your order.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached.
Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.
Discounted items cannot be exchanged not refunded.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment – Feel it Send it cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.
For Exchanges Feel it Send it will pay to re-send a new item back to you. Product exchanges are subject to availability.
