Returns

 


We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

 


To start a return, contact us at Hello@feelitsendit.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

Returns sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us at Hello@feelitsendit.com

We will confirm availability and guide you through an exchange.

If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

 

Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

 

  • The wrong item was sent, or

  • The item arrived damaged

 


If that happens, we will cover the return shipping.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Beanies

  • Hats

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of receiving it.
